Possible cost savings!

A possible saving to the MCSD in Workers' Comp costs has been identified. All that is required is to implement pre-employment, post-incident, and random drug testing for all district employees.
Sure, this will require some contract renegotiation, but who could object? Such testing is near universal in private enterprise, and is even a requirement for most contractors doing business with government entities.
No further tax increases should even be considered until this savings measure is implemented!
